Plans

  • Free: $0/month, up to 100 customers
  • Growth: $49/month, up to 1,000 customers
  • Pro: $99/month, up to 3,000 customers
  • Scale: $149/month, up to 10,000 customers
  • Enterprise: custom pricing
In Settings > Subscription & Billing, the plan cards show the paid upgrade paths:
  • Growth
  • Pro
  • Scale
  • Enterprise
If you are currently on Free, that plan appears in the subscription summary at the top instead of using one of the upgrade cards.

How limits are applied

  • Settings shows your active customer count and current plan limit.
  • If usage exceeds your plan limit, MeterMonitor may truncate processing to plan cap.
  • You can still access the app while over limit.

Checkout flow

  1. Click Choose Plan.
  2. Hosted checkout opens in-app.
  3. Complete payment details.
  4. Return to Settings.
  5. Click Refresh Billing to load updated status.

Subscription status in app

  • active
  • trialing (paid plans only)
If a paid subscription becomes unusable (for example canceled or expired), tenant status falls back to the Free plan.

Trial and cancellation

  • Paid trials show:
    • Trial badge
    • trial end date
  • You can cancel using:
    • Cancel Trial (during trial)
    • Cancel Subscription (from a paid plan)
  • If cancellation is delayed or fails at provider side, keep using Refresh Billing and retry.
